On the phone we ask what the project is, roughly how big, and where you are. Two minutes, usually. Then we set a time to come look.
The on-site visit is the real work. We measure, check grade and drainage, look at truck access - which in Oakwood alleys and fenced city backyards is half the plan - and ask what's going to sit on the finished concrete, because a slab for a loaded pickup is not a slab for a mower, and a patio's whole job starts with where the water goes. Then you get a written price naming the spec. No commitment until you've read both the number and the scope.
Form submissions get a response within one business day. Spring books fastest, so earlier is better if you're planning for this season.
Got a city sidewalk notice?
